About Caroline

Hi! I'm Caroline Lynch, founder of Train with Care -- a fitness approach rooted in empowerment, encouragement, and enjoyment. I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a background in musical theatre and a degree in Music with a concentration in Musical Theatre from James Madison University. A Richmond native, and St. Catherine's School Alumna, I bring energy, creativity, and care to everything I do -- whether it's coaching in the gym, performing onstage, or creating magic as a princess with Magic & Merriment!

At JMU, I was involved in a variety of communities that shaped who I am today, including BluesTones A Cappella, Zeta Tau Alpha sorority, and as a Student Ambassador. My background is as diverse as my clients: I earned my Girl Scout Gold Award, trained in taekwondo, and studied multiple styles of dance and music. I work with people of all ages and fitness levels, offering one-on-one personal training, partner sessions, and small group training. Most recently, I trained at the YMCA. Whether you're working toward a goal, or just wanting to feel good in your body, I'm here to support you -- and make sure we have fun along the way!

Our Packages

One-on-One

$50 per session - Billed Monthly (Due at the start of each month)

Train with personalized support, expert guidance, and a program tailored specifically to your goals. One-on-one sessions are ideal for building strength, increasing confidence, improving mobility, or staying consistent with your fitness journey. 

​

Each 60-minute session is focused entirely one you - your body, your pace, and your progress.

​

Monthly Training Packages:

- 1x/week (4 sessions): $200/month

- 2x/week (8 sessions): $400/month

Partner

$30 per person, per session - Billed Monthly (Due at the start of Each Month)

​

Workout with a friend, family member, or accountability buddy - and save while you train together! Partner training sessions are a fun, motivating way to build strength, stay consistent, and support each other on your fitness journeys.

Each session is tailored to your shared goals while still allowing for individual modifications and progress tracking.

​

Monthly Training Packages:

- 1x/week (4 sessions): $240/month total ($120 per person)

- 2x/week (8 sessions): $480/month total ($240 per person)

Small Group Training (3 People)

$25 per person, per session - Billed Monthly (Due at the start of each month)

Train as a trio and level up together. Small Group training brings the energy and support of a team while still offering expert coaching and personalized attention. Ideal for friends, coworkers, or family members with similar fitness goals.

Monthly Training Package:

- 1x/week (4 sessions): $300/month total ($100 per person)
